Paulina Modlitba holds a degree in media technology from both KTH and MIT Media Lab and has many years of experience working with communication, marketing and PR in companies like Bonnier AB, Stardoll, Nokia, SVT and Toca Boca. She is also a sought after thought leader, moderator and workshop facilitator. Today, Paulina runs her own consulting business, focusing on helping companies increase their digital skills and future readiness.
In 2021 and 2022, Paulina made her first investments in EdTech startup Aline, femtech startup Ovulai and SSES Venture Fund. In 2018, Paulina was awarded "Alum of the Year" at KTH.
Paulina is also a member of the board of UN Women Sweden.

Paulina Tomczyk (born 1987 in Poland) is the General Secretary of EU Athletes, the European federation of player unions and athlete associations representing athletes from different sports and countries. Working in the organization since 2015, she is responsible for coordinating the common policy of 32 member organizations and representing their voice at different European fora (including the European Union, Council of Europe and EPAS). She also works on the implementation of European-wide collaborative projects, focusing on topics such as integrity, gender equality, good governance, dual careers of athletes or social dialogue in sport.
Paulina is an Executive Committee Member of World Players Association since 2018.
Paulina holds Master’s Degrees from Law (University of Gdansk, Poland), International Public Law (Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France) and European Studies (Aix-Marseille Université, France). In addition to her mother tongue, she speaks English, French and Spanish.
A former high-level athlete, she has a black belt (1st DAN) in judo and had been a member of Polish national team for several years.

Peter Fischer is a Policy officer in the sport unit of the European Commission’s department for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport. His main areas of responsibilities are Green Sport (he coordinates the work of the Commission’s Green Sport Expert Group); the international dimension of sport (including sport diplomacy); the European Week of Sport beyond Borders; and the new Erasmus+ action Mobility of sport staff.
Prior to joining the sport unit, Peter has gathered experience in various policy and communication units of the European Commisison, where he worked on International cooperation, Regional policy and EU accession policies.
He is a big basketball and football fan, both sports he used to play in amateur leagues; nowadays he keeps himself fit with cycling, indoor rowing and kayaking.
